    : We fly over the international date line on our way to Auckland, New Zealand.
    Day 3Auckland Arrive Auckland (2 nights)
    : On arrival in Auckland, you are transferred to your hotel, with a guaranteed early check-in. This evening, enjoy a welcome drink and dinner with our Tour Director and traveling companions. (Dinner)

    Day 4Auckland Auckland sightseeing & at leisure
    : A morning visit to Kelly Tarlton's Underwater World and Antarctic Encounter is followed by a sightseeing tour of Auckland including views from the top of Mount Eden and the War Memorial. Later, enjoy some free time. (Buffet Breakfast)
    Day 5Rotorua Auckland - Rotorua
    : We travel into the Waikato region and visit the incredible Waitomo Glow Worm Grotto on a guided boat tour. Our journey continues on to Rotorua where we will visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve. This evening we enjoy a traditional Maori Hangi and Concert. (Buffet Breakfast / Highlight Dinner)

    : We visit beautiful Paradise Valley Springs and the Agrodome's entertaining Sheep Show. In the afternoon we take our flight to Christchurch on the South Island (flights to depart after 12 noon). (Buffet Breakfast)

    : Today we board the TranzAlpine train on our journey to Arthur's Pass. Continue to Franz Josef where you will have the opportunity to enjoy an optional scenic flight (weather permitting). (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

    Day 8Queenstown Franz Josef - Queenstown (2nights)
    : We climb over the Haast Pass, winding through Mount Aspiring National Park, passing Lakes Wanaka and Hawea and through Kawarau Gorge. Then we visit Arrowtown, before reaching Queenstown. (Buffet Breakfast)

    Day 9Milford Sound Milford Sound
    : We drive through the Homer Tunnel stopping at the Chasm, before arriving at Milford Sound. Enjoy a spectacular cruise including lunch with Mitre Peak and Bowen Falls high above. Later, we return to Queenstown. (Buffet Breakfast / Highlight Lunch)
    Day 10Christchurch Mount Cook - Christchurch
    : We pass Mount Cook National Park. Next we visit Lake Tekapo, stopping at the Church of the Good Shepherd. Then we drive over the Canterbury Plains to Christchurch and enjoy a tour of the city. (Buffet Breakfast)

    Day 13Ayers Rock Melbourne - Ayers Rock
    : This morning we will board our flight to Ayers Rock where we visit Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). Later, after sparkling wine at sunset we will enjoy a barbecue dinner. Time for stargazing too! (Buffet Breakfast / Highlight Dinner)

    : We travel deep into Kakadu National Park stopping at Nourlangie Rock to view its Aboriginal rock art. Next we join a Yellow Water Billabong cruise with our local expert guide followed by a visit to the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre. (Buffet Breakfast)
